Unified web portal
Eliminate siloes and consolidate all data into one unified web portal
Power EAS provides the enterprise-level web services required (such as collaboration, scheduling, notifications, user management, taxonomy management and document management) for fully-integrated, end-to-end data collection and analysis. It seamlessly integrates the individual components of the SQL Power platform with powerful web portal technology and single sign on (SSO) capability that can be tied to an existing identity management system; providing a single, secure access point for all users. The integral hub of SQL Power's zero-footprint end-to-end SupTech platform runs in any modern web browser, making it easy to use, easy to deploy, and instantly accessible for all users within your organization.

Role-based access control (RBAC)
Securely manage access with role-based permissions
The RBAC framework is created to accommodate a wide range of usage patterns, from simple to complex, for different relationships and authorization levels. Users are assigned roles with specific permissions, limiting their access to different parts of the system. Depending on their privileges, users may be assigned one or more roles. Permissions within a role can be set at different levels, covering system-wide activities and actions within specific portlets. This ensures that users and groups can only access menu functions, portlets, and pages allowed by their specific authorization. The system supports granular parameterization of authorization levels as required by policy.

Cell-by-cell validation
Receive validation and feedback in real time
The robust platform performs cell-by-cell validation of all inputted values and highlights warning and errors in real-time during data entry or within seconds of data being uploaded to the system. For API(s) or offline submissions, the entire dataset is validated upon submission and an error log is generated identifying any validation errors for that dataset; filers will then have the option of correcting those errors offline and resubmit, or they can simply login to the web portal, open their rejected submission, and make corrections online and resubmit their filing.

Inline Analytics
Get an instant, high-level view of risk areas
Inline analytics is a valuable tool for analysts to use to monitor the financial health of an institution; reducing the effort associated with ongoing risk assessment by providing an analyst user the ability to get a high-level view of exactly where to focus their efforts, saving time and manual effort. Inline analytics uses predefined thresholds to monitor and flag risk levels within a filing in real-time; various thresholds can be applied to these concepts based on certain filing periods specified in the system. The system can be configured to send alerts via email, either in real-time or at intervals, to notify interested parties and facilitate ongoing monitoring.

Enhanced notifications
Send notifications or alerts automatically
SQL Power's web portal (Power EAS) allows system users to receive notification messages based on events within a filing or workflow automatically. This useful feature streamlines the process of delivering notifications to users and removes the manual work of having to create new notifications for each event. The notification system is able to alert filers of upcoming submission dates and outstanding or overdue reporting windows. The notification platform provides a flexible delivery mechanism allowing an administrative user to choose among the following mediums: email, inline within the web portal, or a combination.

Workflow management
Develop, configure, and implement system changes without any coding knowledge
SQL Power's Designer facility is a rules-based, meta-data driven GUI design facility that gives SQL Power users and business users complete control over data collection, online form layout, validation document workflow and business process specifications. It demystifies business rule and business process design and allows regulators to rollout complex data collection templates and processes in days rather than months.

Historic data migration
Instantly consolidate disparate source data
Legacy source data, whether it is submitted by regulated entities or manually entered in other legacy (CRM, Call Centre or ERP) systems, can immediately be pulled into the SQL Power platform - providing a consolidated view of all relevant regulatory data within a single risk-based supervision platform and a consolidated reporting environment.

Business user self-sufficiency
Reduce dependencies on external resources
One of the key differentiators of the SupTech Hub is that it is designed to enable financial supervisors to be self-sufficient; allowing business users to easily configure data collection and process workflows in order to reflect the most recent policy, legislative or global standards - reducing the dependency on IT and outside consultants for ongoing system changes.
